Information you choose to share
We collect the name, email, location, project preferences, budget range, timing, messages, client project notes, design decisions, reviewed project documents, and optional room photos you submit to request planning guidance or a consultation. Do not upload people, sensitive documents, or photos you do not have permission to share.
How your information is used
Information supports your request, project qualification, appointment preparation, and consultant review. If you separately opt in, we may send planning emails. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn using an email unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Service providers
Configured service providers may include Vercel for hosting and analytics, OpenAI for AI text and image analysis, a managed PostgreSQL provider for records, Upstash for security rate limits, HubSpot for CRM, Resend for requested and approved email delivery, Slack for owner alerts, and Cal.com for booking. A room photo is sent to an AI provider only when you request analysis. We do not sell your information.
Storage and retention
Photo metadata is removed on upload. Photos are stored outside the public website and are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Lead and consultation records are retained as needed to handle your request, agreed services, and operational requirements. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent. We may retain limited records needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
Cookies and security
We use a style-preference cookie and local storage to remember your selected design theme, a signed session cookie for rate limiting and private photo association, a short-lived owner authentication cookie, and a seven-day private client session cookie. Client email sign-in links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use; only token hashes are stored. Analytics may measure page use and performance. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Client workspaces and supplier evidence
Client dashboards show only information assigned to the signed-in client and reviewed for publication. Internal cost scenarios, margins, supplier negotiations, and AI drafts stay in the owner workspace. Owners may submit project briefs, internal planning data, and supplier offer summaries to the configured AI provider when running a specialist. Supplier quote records and project documents are retained as needed for agreed services and operational records. Private documents download through authenticated routes.
AI limitations
AI output is planning assistance. It may be inaccurate and cannot establish structural condition, permit eligibility, or a binding construction budget. A human reviews proposals and approved outreach. The site is intended for adults arranging home-design services.
