Planning and consulting

Arbun Design provides home, office and restaurant planning, design, decor, material sourcing, HOA application support and installation coordination. Installation and regulated construction are delivered through qualified project partners under the agreed project scope. HOA, landlord and permit approvals are not guaranteed. Website concepts, AI responses, planning ranges, and the ROI guide are informational and do not create a contract, a price commitment, a permit approval, or a guarantee of resale return.

Estimates and fees

Planning estimate — confirmed after walk-through. Construction ranges are illustrative assumptions pending quote calibration. Published consultation and design-service fees describe consulting options; the final scope, deliverables, schedule, payment, cancellation, and refund terms are established in a separate written agreement.

Website consultation checkout

The $250 consultation includes one 60-minute walk-through or virtual meeting and a written feasibility summary. Appointment time and delivery timing are confirmed with you before the meeting. Payment does not reserve a calendar slot automatically. Construction, a design package, regulated drawings, and project management are separate services.

You may request a full refund before your consultation begins by emailing contact@arbundesign.com. You may also request a different appointment time. A refund is returned through the original payment method; bank processing time varies. If Arbun Design cannot provide the consultation, the consultation fee is refunded. A test checkout does not create a paid engagement.

Uploads and AI

Upload only material you own or are authorized to share. You allow processing of submitted material to respond to your request. Do not upload sensitive documents or third-party personal information. AI-generated concepts may contain errors and require professional review. Room photos do not establish structural safety or code compliance.

Concepts and claims

Illustrative project studies demonstrate design directions. They are not represented as completed client work. No license, press, award, or review claim should be inferred from a visual concept. Regulated drawings, engineering, architectural work, and construction must be provided by appropriately qualified professionals where required.
